All care plans are personalized and designed to support whole-body wellness. Any prescription medication, diagnostic recommendation, or therapeutic intervention is offered only when a licensed provider determines it is clinically appropriate.
A provider–patient relationship is established only after:
You complete a clinical consultation with a licensed provider, and
The provider affirms acceptance of you as a patient.
Simply visiting our website, submitting forms, or receiving marketing communications does not create a medical relationship.
By using Manna Life services, you consent to receive care through telehealth methods, including:
Video visits
Phone consultations
Secure electronic messaging
Remote review of labs and health data
You acknowledge that telehealth has limitations, including potential technology interruptions, and accept the risks and benefits associated with virtual care.
Charges may occur on a monthly recurring basis for agreed-upon services.
A surcharge may apply beginning July 3, 2025, and in subsequent billing cycles.
You will receive a receipt for every processed transaction.
You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any changes to billing dates or amounts.
Your authorization remains active until you cancel in writing.
You are responsible for submitting written notice to terminate recurring billing.
No refunds are issued for completed consultations, follow-up visits, services, medications, compounded medications, or digital products.
No refunds are provided if expected or desired results are not achieved.

During national shortages, compounded medications may be prescribed when allowed by federal law. Compounded medications:
Are prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies
Are regulated under state and federal compounding rules
Are not FDA-approved, but may be used legally during FDA-recognized shortages
