Welcome to Manna Life (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our telehealth, wellness, and metabolic health services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Manna Life provides telehealth-based health and wellness services, including but not limited to:

  • Clinical evaluations

  • Metabolic and weight management support

  • Hormone and longevity optimization

  • Wellness and lifestyle guidance

  • Lab testing and interpretation

  • Prescription medications, when medically appropriate

All care plans are personalized and designed to support whole-body wellness. Any prescription medication, diagnostic recommendation, or therapeutic intervention is offered only when a licensed provider determines it is clinically appropriate.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Manna Life services. By creating an account, submitting forms, or scheduling a consultation, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, symptom improvement, or treatment success. Wellness and medical responses vary between individuals.
All statements found on our website are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

4. Provider–Patient Relationship

A provider–patient relationship is established only after:

  1. You complete a clinical consultation with a licensed provider, and

  2. The provider affirms acceptance of you as a patient.

Simply visiting our website, submitting forms, or receiving marketing communications does not create a medical relationship.

5. Telehealth Consent

By using Manna Life services, you consent to receive care through telehealth methods, including:

  • Video visits

  • Phone consultations

  • Secure electronic messaging

  • Remote review of labs and health data

You acknowledge that telehealth has limitations, including potential technology interruptions, and accept the risks and benefits associated with virtual care.

6. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Manna Life operates on a direct-pay, fee-for-service model. Fees must be paid at the time of service unless you are enrolled in a subscription or recurring payment program.
By clicking “Pay Now”, you authorize Manna Life, LLC to securely store your payment method and charge it for ongoing services as described at the time of enrollment.

You understand and agree to the following:

  • Charges may occur on a monthly recurring basis for agreed-upon services.

  • A surcharge may apply beginning July 3, 2025, and in subsequent billing cycles.

  • You will receive a receipt for every processed transaction.

  • You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any changes to billing dates or amounts.

  • Your authorization remains active until you cancel in writing.

  • You are responsible for submitting written notice to terminate recurring billing.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued for completed consultations, follow-up visits, services, medications, compounded medications, or digital products.

  • No refunds are provided if expected or desired results are not achieved.

  • Individual experiences vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Privacy & Data Security

We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable privacy laws. Your personal and health information is encrypted, stored securely, and used only according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Prescription Fulfillment

If a licensed provider determines that a prescription is appropriate, it will be sent to a licensed U.S. pharmacy for fulfillment.

Compounded Medications

During national shortages, compounded medications may be prescribed when allowed by federal law. Compounded medications:

  • Are prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies

  • Are regulated under state and federal compounding rules

  • Are not FDA-approved, but may be used legally during FDA-recognized shortages

If a compounded medication becomes unavailable, your provider will assist you in transitioning to an FDA-approved alternative when appropriate.

9. Changes to Services or Terms

We may modify, update, or discontinue portions of our services or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
